| Starting from the car park at Chop Gate, followed the beck south before climbing up onto the moor to the foot of Bilsdale mast. From there a track lead north, winding across the moor to Head House. The track then lead north, taking a turn to the south-east past Green Howe and Cock Howe before turning north-east on a bridleway and then a footpath back to Chop Gate. 8.5 miles approx. |
