From Goathland, north along Eller Beck to Darnholm, continuing north past Greenlands Farm and Moor Lane Farm to Grosmont. Through the village and west along the old toll road, turning south on a footpath to Low Burrows. South-east on a footpath to join the old railway line south along the banks of the Murk Esk. Left the path before Mallyan Spout (path closed due to land slip) to walk south-east into Goathland. Continued south-east on a footpath before turning north on a track back to the start. 10 miles approx.

From West Tanfield, followed the River Ure east along the Ripon Rowel Way. Left the way, turning west on a bridleway through North Lees Grange to Sutton Grange. From there a footpath lead to Azerley, continuing north-west on a footpath to a road. A bridleway and footpath then lead to Mickly to join the Ripon Rowel way back to West Tanfield. 12.5 miles approx.

Starting from the Humber Bridge Country Park in Hessle, walked across the bridge to the Lincolnshire side. Walked around Far Ings nature reserve into Barton-upon-Humber. Walked through the village back to the river and through Barton Waterside. Returned back across the bridge. 10 miles approx.

A walk around the perimeter of Skipwith Common. 6 miles approx.

South-east out of Murton on a footpath, crossing the A166 to the road into Dunnington. Walked into the village before turning south-east on another footpath to to industrial estate. North-east along Four Ends Lane and through Hagg Wood. Skirted the northern edge of the wood and turned north-west on a bridleway. North-east on a road and footpath to cross the A166 again to another footpath into Holtby. South-west out of Holtby on a byway, turning north on a footpath to a road. East along the road a short distance before turning south-west on a footpath back to Murton. 8 miles approx.

From Sandsend, west through Mulgrave Woods to Barnby Sleights. Continued west on a footpath and road past Broom House, turning north on a footpath to Mickleby. North-east on a footpath through Westlands Farm onto the old railway to join the Cleveland way back to Sandsend. 11.5 miles approx.

Staring from Weel, followed the banks of the River Hull to Wawne. North on a footpath to Tickton before following the River back to Wawne. 11 miles approx.

Starting from SE744991, south-east across the moor into Cropton Forest. South on a track before turning west on a footpath to join a bridleway to Low Wind Hill. Keeping to the bridleway, crossed a road and turned north on a second road. A footpath and track then lead up Northdale Rigg, turning north-east on a bridleway back to the starting point. 10 miles approx.

From the Beggar's Bridge at Glasdale, north by road and byway to Thornhill Farm. West on a bridleway past Hall Park, crossing the road to a footpath down to the railway. Under the railway and then along the river back into Glaisdale. Headed south-west out of the village on a footpath, crossing the road and taking a bridleway to Low Gill Beck Farm. A footpath then lead north-east through woods to another road. Took a footpath to Lodge Hill and Butter Park, dropping down the hill into Delves. A bridleway then lead north-west through East Arnecliff Wood back to Beggar's Bridge. 10 miles approx.

From Embsay, headed south on a bridleway to a road, continuing south-east on a footpath over the railway and A59 into Draughton. East on a bridleway to Hawpike Farm before turning south on a footpath past Sanfitt and Cross Bank to the road. West on a footpath joining a bridleway running north-east. The bridleway then turned west into Skipton, and roads lead back to Embsay. 13.5 miles approx.
